EcoTeams are small groups of people like you, working together to find ways to save gas, electricity and water. We also look at cutting rubbish, recycling more and decreasing household bills. And all the while having fun!
Joining an EcoTeam is free and open to anyone in Redhill and Merstham aged 18 upwards. You can join on your own, as a couple or with friends. The scheme is being run as part of the Tap Into Savings project – further details of this are available here.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 24th March, from 7.30pm, at the Redhill Methodist Church & Centre, Gloucester Road.
We’ll get you started and only ask for enthusiasm and a willingness to share your experience and tips.
Teams get together for a couple of hours once a month for four or five meetings to look at simple steps to make savings. We’ll provide you with all the informantion and support you need.
According to a recent member:
“EcoTeams are good fun, a good way to meet neighbours and easy to put into practice.”
Free giveaways and light refreshments will be available.
